International Customs & Import Taxes

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us. Below are the conditions for returns and exchanges:

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Restocking Fee: As each ring is handmade and made to order, a 25% handcrafted fee will be deducted from your refund upon return.
  • Refund Process: The remaining refund will be issued within 4 business days after the returned item is received.
  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following (unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival):

  • Orders returned after the 15-day return window.
  • Rings with custom engravings.
  • Rings with sizes smaller than US 2.5 or larger than US 10.5.
  • Worn, damaged, altered, or used items.
  • Ready-to-ship items.
